- More volumeof traffic from your side.
- Qualified traffic, users that make a clickout and a booking as well. Here we should balance the increase of traffic and the quality of it.
- Regarding emails, I will be looking at the Open Rate for sure, but the CTR and CTOR are really important for us as the user is more likely to do a clickout and a booking as well. (qualified traffic). Between both KPIs, we optimize more CTR but we need to have traffic as well (Open Rate); so it is a balance.
