Consortium is the gathering of a group of people who have a common goal: to buy, build or renovate a property with affordable plots and more attractive rates. The group is managed by Porto Seguro Administradora de Consórcios Ltda. Each member of the group undertakes to pay, for a certain period, a monthly installment that includes the value for the acquisition of the property and the administration fee of the consortium group.
